If you like to organize, talk to people, we could
use you to co-ordinate the volunteers. This person would need to make
sure we have enough people for each lesson. They would be the person
that was called when a volunteer could not come; then, they would
need to call others to see who can help.

We also need to someone to co-ordinate the students
and make sure they are here on their lesson day. If they have planned
time off, we need to keep track of when they won't be here. This person
would also need a call list. Sometimes due to bad weather class must
be cancelled. We don't want anyone to make a trip when it is not needed.
Gas prices are too high!

We need volunteers who can commit to walking next
to a horse about 45 minutes to an hour. You don't need to know anything
about horses, just be willing to learn. We have classes 3 days a week.
Monday night at 7pm, come at 6:15 and help get the horses ready. Wednesday
night at 7 pm, come at 6:15 and help get the horses ready. Saturday
morning at 9 am and at 10 am, come at 8:15 or 9:15.

Do you ride? We need someone experienced to ride one
or two horses on a regular basis. For a half-hour before class and
on days there are no classes. These are good healthy horses but they
need to be kept in shape.

If you are in high school, or need to put in time
for community service, we are a non-profit organization.

We need some good strong men to help. We have more
to do than we can do. Mowing, weed-eating, repairing stalls, rebuilding
or repairing the tack room and putting up more fences. We can buy
the material, but don't have money to pay for labor.
